Terms of Service

Cuero is operated by Aiden Sitati. By using Cuero, you agree to these Terms and enter into an agreement with Aiden Sitati.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it, including keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Cuero helps you understand active conversations and position your own ideas within those conversations. Cuero does not guarantee:

• Audience growth.
• Engagement.
• Reach.
• Virality.
• Acceptance by X or any other platform.
• Any particular business or professional outcome.

You retain rights to the content you submit. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit that content to Cuero and to publish it elsewhere.

AI-generated output may contain errors or be unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding what you publish.

• Monthly: $15 per month, including 40 positioning sessions per month.
• Yearly: $153 per year, including 480 positioning sessions per year.

Subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms presented by Paddle.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

As Merchant of Record, Paddle handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, subscription cancellation, and refund mechanics for orders placed through Cuero. Those transactions are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Top-ups are one-time purchases:

• Monthly subscribers: $1 per additional positioning session.
• Yearly subscribers: $0.85 per additional positioning session.

Top-ups do not change your underlying subscription.

You may cancel your subscription through the available billing-management mechanism. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges according to the applicable billing terms; access and entitlements are handled according to your subscription period and the applicable terms. See our Refund Policy.

You must not use Cuero unlawfully, abuse the service, impersonate others, gain unauthorized access, or otherwise misuse the system. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Cuero may suspend or terminate accounts where necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, address abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Cuero is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Cuero is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Cuero may update the service or these Terms. The current effective date is shown at the top of this page.
