Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Cuero for:

• Illegal activity.
• Fraud.
• Impersonation.
• Threats or targeted harassment.
• Malicious manipulation.
• Spam.
• Unauthorized access to accounts or data.
• Attempts to circumvent billing or positioning session limits.
• Attacks against Cuero infrastructure.
• Submitting content you do not have the right to use.
• Any other harmful or malicious activity.

• AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose.
• You must review output before publishing it or relying on it.
• Cuero is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
• You are responsible for the inputs you submit, including drafts and posts.
• You must hold the rights necessary to submit content to Cuero.

You may not use Cuero's AI functionality for:

• Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes.
• Hate speech or harassment campaigns.
• Malware or other malicious activity.
• Attempts to circumvent, defeat, or jailbreak safety controls.

Cuero may filter, refuse, or remove violating content and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. Rights-holder and takedown requests can be raised through the in-app support option in your Cuero account.

You remain responsible for the content you choose to publish externally, including anything drafted or positioned with Cuero.

Cuero may suspend access when necessary to protect users, protect the service, or comply with the law.
